  • No cleaning service during your rental period except garbage pick-up.

RATES

May, June, September -- $675 week

July, August                  -- $775 week

Security Deposit            --$150 per stay

View of front door 		50 % of weekly rental rate is due to reserve your vacation dates.  If you cancel before 21 days of your reserved date you will receive a full refund, after 21 days there is no refund of deposit.  The security deposit is due with the final 50% rental rate 21 days prior to stay.  After  your stay, pending there is no damage done to cabin your security deposit is returned to you in two weeks.  We will send you a rental agreement to sign and send back with your deposit.  It will list what you can expect of the cabin rental and what we expect of you as renters.
